Carolina Barrero is an art historian, activist, and human rights advocate for the end of violence and authoritarianism, for peace and respect for civil and political rights. She took part of the protest movement that challenged Cuba's totalitarian regime in 2021 as a member of the 27N movement of artists and intellectuals.
